You'll never believe what happened.
I was listening to the radio the other day and a rap song came on talking about money and girls. Then, right after that ANOTHER RAP SONG CAME ON ABOUT THE SAME THING!
What are the odds? If those rappers knew this happened they would be SO embarrassed.
So I changed the channel and heard a country song about living in a small town. Next song? ALSO ABOUT LIVING IN A SMALL TOWN! What are the odds? I wonder if they were from the same small town!
After that I decided to listen to a rock station. The first song sounded like some guy who was angry at his Dad for not hugging him. Next song? You guessed it. ALSO ANGRY ABOUT HIS DAD. I wonder if the singers were brothers? Was it the same Dad? What a famous family.
Man, I think I'll stick to TV. I just hope if I search long enough I can find some shows about hospitals or cops.

i ave nothing useful to say, other than i really like this post.
It's like you've cracked the DaVinci Code but with shitty music!
The same thing happens with the books... what a wonderful and original world -.-'
kinda confirmed what we have all secretly known. . . that the radio sucks, unless you have Sirius radio, my bf does in his car and im a bit jealous, bit i digress. radio sucks and i miss the days of real djs.
You should be listening to the John Mellencamp station all day.
Watch out because I've found the same thing on the TV. One time I was watching this reality show with a bunch of drama then I changed the channel and guess what I saw? Yep, a reality show with a bunch of drama. Do you think it's a virus?
I'm picking up just a hint of sarcasm in this post.
But maybe that's just me.
And rap is to music what Etch-A-Sketch is to art.
True - it is very sad what the radio has become. When I was a kid, radio in the 70s (that's right, I'm an OLD) was crazy. Pop radio would go from playing a disco tune to a pop tune, to a KISS tune like "Hard Luck Woman" to a crossover tune like "Lucille" by Kenny Rogers or "Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffet. Those were some mixed up times, but pretty exciting, in terms of radio.
Now, there are too many selections, if you ask me. You got free radio, satellite radio, iPods that you can hook up in your car, Pandora...it's coming from you at all angles. I'm not sure it's a good thing.
But it sure would be nice if radio would get a bit more wacky like it did in the 70s.
you get to that point in music where its time for something new. now is the time.
shits been played out!
That's why I don't rap about money and girls. I'd get embarrassed!
What is this "music" thing you people are talking about?
I like this post. I don't have much else to say about it. Sorry.
haha you find the pattern!
oa! Thật là phí . . . nếu mình có thể hiểu người này viết cái gì hẳn là rất thú vị đây ^^! Tiếc thật! mình không biết tiếng anh =.=
Love this post. Amen. Your blog, by the way, is responsible for an outburst of laughter in class and the subsequent cocked-brows aimed in my direction. Geez.
